How do I book a session?
Booking a session with me is easy! Just follow these steps:
- Visit our Shop page.
- Select Your Preferred Service: Choose the type of session you want (1 on 1, group, online, etc.).
- Confirm Your Booking: Fill in your details and complete the booking.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to contact us!

What if I have to reschedule/cancel a session?
If you need to reschedule or cancel a training session, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. You can reach me through email, phone call or text. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer you a new time that works best. Thank you for your understanding!
What is your refund policy?
We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best fitness experience possible. Before placing an order, it is recommended to contact us to obtain all the necessary information and ensure the program meets your needs and expectations.
However, if you need to request a refund, please review our refund policy below:
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only available for unused sessions. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days.
- Transaction Fees: Depending on the chosen payment method (PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, Google or Apple Pay), the transaction fee, which can be up to 5%, will not be refunded.
- Exclusions: Please note that promotional packages, discounted sessions, or special offers may have different refund policies. Refer to the specific terms and conditions of those offers.
